We got up Saturday morning with no plans so we decide to take a drive up to Lake Isabella about an Hour and a half away and take a picnic. I looked at Derek and said maybe we should take the tent and find a camp site. So that's exactly what we did. Deacon was in Heaven. He loved every minute. I think this will be a common thing for us to pack up and go for the weekend. We already have our next trip planned we just found out the Giant red woods are really close. We are both pretty excited!

Camping really is the best family activity you can do. I'm glad you had such a good time!
That looks so fun! Russ was just saying the other day that he wanted to go camping..we haven't been hardly at all recently...I think Kenzie has only been once. But you guys have re-lit the fire--we're gonna have to go soon! :)
